We require grantees to complete a Risk Register template at the outset of the study and update and share it with us on an annual basis.

Once the study has concluded you should use the Final Report template.

This template can be used by R2HC grantees to provide policy-makers with analysis of evidence, to inform or influence decisions in a specific policy contexts.
