The Humanitarian Innovation Fund has supported the IFRC to conduct evidence-based trials of menstrual hygiene management (MHM) kits as an effective and valuable emergency relief item, and to improve the knowledge of Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies staff to incorporate MHM into WASH emergency response activities.
