Humanitarian Data Governance Frameworks: Guide and Literature Review - GAHI

The goal of this document is to provide guidance to organizations that are developing ethical frameworks for humanitarian use of digital data and Information Communication Technologies (ICTs). It is built on research capturing both the current state of ethical frameworks for governing the use of data and ICTs by humanitarians, as well as identifying what approaches should be replicated, refined, further studied, and scaled.
