Waqar Shahid Puri

Waqar Shahid Puri is currently supporting Transforming Communities for Inclusion (TCI-Global) in planning and implementation of TCI programmes globally as a Senior Programs Manager. During his eight years of work tenure in programmes management, he has had the privilege of working with national, regional and global organisations of persons with diverse disabilities, NGOs, INGOs and UN Agencies for the advancement of the rights of persons with disabilities. He is a BRIDGE CRPD-SDGs Alumni and a Trainer of the United Nations CRPD. He is also contributing as a technical advisor on disability inclusion and inclusive programming for international organisations. Currently contributing as a grants making committee member Disability Rights Funds (DRF) to support in making their programmes impactful and inclusive of persons with disabilities internationally. He is a part of Pakistan US Alumni Network and attended disability policy professional programme supported by the State Department.
