Shirin Maani

Shirin joined Elrha in September 2023 as an Innovation Manager leading on the scaling innovation area of work within our HIF programme. As our current Senior Innovation Manager, she supports the development of our work across the Scale, WASH, gender-based violence (GBV) and disability and older age inclusion focus areas. For the past 14 years Shirin has worked across various fields of innovation including data analytics, impact network development and the design and delivery of accelerators and learning journeys. Before joining us, Shirin worked for a global innovation network called The RSA as the Head of Global Innovation. In this role she supported innovators from around the world to have greater impact with their work. She did this by designing and facilitating learning journeys, delivering research projects and creating spaces to bring the community together to share learning and inspiration. Shirin is interested in how relationships and partnerships can support innovation to adapt and navigate pathways to scale.
