Misha Patel

Misha joined Elrha as a Programme Officer in November 2023 after completing a masters in Humanitarianism, Aid, and Conflict. With over three years’ NGO experience spanning Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe, Misha supports innovation grant-making on our GBV and WASH portfolios.

Prior to joining us, Misha worked on a large-scale public employment programme as an Employment Consultant and, more recently, in supporting programmes to facilitate capacity building training at the Humanitarian Academy for Development.

Passionate about global justice initiatives, Misha focuses on fostering collaboration, learning from challenges, and actively contributes to our mission by supporting the delivery of evidence-based innovations.
