Kai joined as Head of Research Initiatives in 2024 and not only oversees our R2HC research portfolio, but is also focused on aligning our research and innovation activities more.
Kai has both a humanitarian research and humanitarian practitioner background, and before joining us worked at both Ground Truth Solutions and was Head of Humanitarian Programmes at World Jewish Relief. He has an MBA and has led on change management processes in previous organisations.
Kai is committed to prioritising the experiences of people affected by crises within humanitarian decision-making and will bring that energy to our shifting the power agenda.
