Ffion Bowen

Ffion joined Elrha in January 2023 as our HR and Operations officer. She is responsible for supporting the operational aspects of working for Elrha such as travel, workspaces, wellbeing and ensuring necessary IT equipment in place for staff. Before joining Elrha Ffion worked for the Welsh Government in the Health and Social Services division, supporting the management of grants. Ffion’s experience working with grant management in Welsh Government gives her a good understanding of grant funded organisations and how they work.
