Senior Digital Health Advisor, USAID
Adele Waugaman is Senior Advisor for Digital Health in USAID's Bureau for Global Health, where she guides policy, strategy, investments, and implementation in health-sector digital transformation. She is lead author of USAID's Digital Health Vision, co-author of USAID's Digital Strategy, and she served as USAID's Senior Digital Health Coordinator for the COVID-19 Response. Prior to joining USAID, she led a $30M partnership between the United Nations Foundation and Vodafone Foundation, and founded Catalyst Advisory, LLC, a strategic and technical advisory services firm supporting organizations leveraging digital technologies to accelerate humanitarian assistance and development programs.
